Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 5 days of courier delivery, depending on the nature of the product. Please check the specific return window for your item below.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any items returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold may not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Authorization (RMA): Prior to returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number and paperwork which will have instructions on how to send the item(s) in. Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Returnalbe & Exchagne Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Custom length rope/webbing/cord
- non-stock/special order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
Shipping Errors
Please review the contents of your shipment closely against the packing list. Should there be a shipping error, or any damage to your package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Manufacturer Warranties
